Betty Clark

Betty Clark has several years of experience as an advertising and marketing professional as well as a business owner.   As the Managing Partner of CPMedia & Marketing, Betty has expertise in a wide array of areas ranging from management consulting to marketing retail, health care, quick-service restaurants, business-to-business and non-profit accounts.

Betty’s primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness for clients; no matter their size.  She is recognized by clients and colleagues alike as a consummate professional with a high degree of personal integrity.  She is also known for having a contagious passion for excellence, a talent for resourceful business solutions, and a capacity for motivational leadership.

She gained invaluable skills throughout her career while holding agency positions as well as 12 years within her career, Betty was the Director of Marketing & Media for McDonald’s Restaurants for the Cincinnati Region.

In 1993 she formed CPM, a media agency where, for several years, she represented local notable clients such as OhioHealth and The Kroger Company.  In 2003, Betty diversified the agency to concentrate on small businesses; providing full service agency capabilities while directing their marketing efforts to promote their visibility and growth within the marketplace.  And in 2013, Betty acquired a local promotional products company, GDM Promotions, to be able to offer clients yet another element to their marketing process.

Betty is also passionate about “passing the marketing baton” to young adults by mentoring up to four high school students each year. In 2013, she formed the CPM Young Professionals’ Scholarship Fund to further the company’s mission of encouraging and supporting the higher education of high school students who are inspired to develop knowledge and skills in the field of advertising/marketing.

Betty is also very involved within both her personal and business communities.  Currently she is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio.  She is also on the Board of Advisors for Dublin City Schools Young Professionals’ Academy and the Miracle League of Central Ohio.  Earlier this year, she was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the Dublin Convention & Visitor’s Bureau.  Additionally, she is a member of AAF Columbus, the Dublin Historical Society, the Columbus, Gahanna, Hilliard and Dublin Chambers of Commerce, Leadership Dublin and Kiwanis of Greater Dublin.  In 2017, she was honored to be awarded the Central Ohio AAF Silver Medal Award; the highest honor to be bestowed to an individual in the advertising/marketing industry.
